Forms for Applying for Aid at UNC-Chapel Hill

• The 2009-2010 FAFSA and PROFILE forms must be submitted (as indicated below) to apply for any form of financial aid for Academic Year 2009-2010.
• FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
  (Required to be considered for any type of financial aid for academic year and/or summer.)
• PROFILE
  (Required to be considered for any type of campus-based scholarship or grant for academic year.)

Aid Processing Forms and Student/Parent Non-Need Loan Request Forms
Once a student has an ONYEN, the student may check his/her financial aid processing status at Student Central (use these directions to find financial aid information via Student Central) to see if any additional information has been requested, OR the student may call our office at 919-962-8396 and speak to an information specialist. If any forms are specifically requested on the student's Student Central award page, please contact the Office of Scholarships and Student Aid to have the form(s) emailed to you.
